Learn how to configure the Zapier Integration Power-up in Landbot

If this is your first time using Zapier in Landbot, you'll need to integrate your account into Zapier. You can do it separately (learn how here) or along with the block creation by following the instructions from step 6-a.
You can add a Zapier Integration block anywhere in your flow, but keep in mind that you need to ask for the data you want to use before it's triggered! Try asking for the name and the email and then connect these blocks to a  Zapier integration type block like in the image below:

  1. First, create an Integrations - Zapier type block:

You can now click Save or select one of the templates we provide:

Finally, connect it to the flow (in this example, we'll be collecting the fields @name and @email and sending them through Zapier):
  2. Save your chatbot clicking on the top-right button. (We recommend you to complete a conversation with your landbot now so once in Zapier we can easily recognize every field because our conversation' answers will be taken as an example).
  3. Move on to your Zapier account and click on Make a Zap:
  4. Now, select  Landbot as the trigger app by typing it in the text box:
  5. On the Select Landbot Trigger menu, click  Save + Continue (the trigger will always be a new Landbot entry AKA conversation):
  6. Now, you need to select your Landbot account:
  7. Now, choose the landbot - from those in your account - you want to integrate and click Continue:

  8. Now, your trigger has been set and you can click on Fetch + Continue to test the trigger (aka make sure that the account and landbot selected actually have a Zapier Integration block configured. It will take as the example the fields from your conversation on step 2):

If something goes wrong, make sure you've picked the correct landbot with a Zapier Integration block in it. If the test is successful, you'll see this screen:

  9. Now, your trigger is already configured (a Zapier Integration block has been reached in your landbot) and all you have to do is configure the action:

Search within +1,000 apps on the right side of the screen to trigger millions of actions (send automated emails, receive Slack notifications, add contacts to a MailChimp list, close a PipeDrive deal, update Salesforce entries...):
