How to Launch and Share Your Bot πŸš€

Jonathan Goodfellow Updated by Jonathan Goodfellow

Now that you’ve built your first bot, it’s time to launch and share it so people can start interacting!

Landbot lets you deploy your bot on multiple channels β€” Web, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and via API - each suited for different audiences and use cases.

Web Bot πŸ’» – Share Anywhere Online

The Web bot works directly on websites or as a standalone web link. It’s perfect for website visitors, lead generation, and general customer support.

Each Web bot in Landbot gets a unique URL that you can share with your users. Opening this link will launch the bot in full-page format, making it easy for anyone to interact with your bot directly in their browser.

From the builder, go to Share > Share with a Link to get the URL of your bot.

Please note that this URL is not customizable.

Remember to publish the changes before sharing your bot πŸ˜‰
Embed your Web Bot on your Website

If you want your Web bot to appear directly on your website, you can embed it using a code snippet. This allows visitors to interact with your bot without leaving your site, providing a seamless experience.

How to embed your bot:

  1. Go to Share > Embed into your Website section.
  2. Choose the display format that best fits your site: Full Page, Pop-Up, Live Chat, or Embed.
  3. Copy the generated code snippet.
  4. Paste the snippet into your website’s HTML where you want the bot to appear.
The embed code is ready to use, no additional customization is required

How to get started with number integration:
  1. Go to Channels > WhatsApp in your Landbot dashboard.
  1. Click on Connect phone number button to add your WhatsApp Business phone number and complete the integration steps.
  2. Once your number is integrated, link your bot to that WhatsApp channel:

From this point on, anyone who writes to your WhatsApp number will automatically interact with your bot. πŸ€–
