Navigating the Landbot Interface 🧭

Welcome to Landbot! 🥳 Once you log in, you’ll enter a clean, intuitive workspace designed to help you create, manage, and optimize chatbots effortlessly.

This guide will walk you through the key areas of the platform in the order you’ll encounter them, so you can quickly get comfortable and start building great bots.

🖥️ Home: Start Building in One Click

The Home page is your starting point for creating chatbots and exploring the platform🚀

Here’s what you can do from the Home dashboard:

1️⃣ 🔧 Build it for me: At the top of the Home screen, you'll find our Build it for Me option, in which you describe what you'd like your bot to do and we create a draft bot for you. You can also select one of the templates options right below it, to see how it works!

2️⃣ Then, you’ll find buttons to create:

A new chatbot for Web, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or API channel:

Build rule-based chatbots using an intuitive visual drag-and-drop builder tailored for multiple communication channels.

Helpful Shortcuts ⚡

-> Use AI to build your chatbot: you can create you bot with just a few sentences of instructions!

-> Connect WhatsApp to enable communication on that channel.

-> Invite your team through the Team section in your Account settings.

🧱 Bot Builder: Your Workspace for Creating Bots

The Bot Builder is where your chatbot projects live and grow. From this main dashboard, you can organize, create, and collaborate all in one place!

Build a Chatbot Button

Click this button to start creating a new chatbot with the help of AI (Build it for me), from scratch, or using a template.

List of Your Chatbots

See all your existing bots in one place. Each entry shows the bot’s name, channel (Web, WhatsApp, Messenger, API), last updated date, and quick actions.

You can duplicate, rename, move to a workspace, disable or delete any chatbot by clicking on the three dots:

Workspaces

Group related bots together using Workspaces — like folders — to keep your projects organized by team, campaign, or use case.

In case you have deleted any bots, you can find them in the Trash folder, right under your Workspaces.

Team Members List

Quickly check who has access to your workspace and manage collaborators directly from here.
