MailChimp Block

Adding a MailChimp block to your Agent

Learn how to integrate this best-in-class email automation tool with your Landbot, all from the builder with our native integration. 

You need a MailChimp account to integrate it with Landbot. Learn how to create one here.
  1. Search for the MailChimp block to add it to your flow:

  1. On the Dashboard, click on Add account to continue:

  1. You'll be prompted to log into your MailChimp account:
  2. Now, enter your MailChimp credentials and click  Log in.

Choose an Audience

  1. Back to the app, you'll see that your MC account is connected and you can select any Audience of your list from the drop-down:

We'll use a the one named  MailChimp Demo:

  1. When selected, new fields will show up so we can decide which data (among the collected by Landbot) we want to send to MailChimp:

We'll send the email field by default and then we can click on any of the other Field values and select the correspondent field from our flow:

  1. Click  Save to save the block and you're good to go! Every time the flow reaches this block, a new subscriber will be added to your list (MailChimp Demo) including his/her email and additional data like the first name in this example.

Accounts

Here you can see the MailChimp accounts that are linked to your account and available for use. You can also add a new account or remove a linked account.

Error Log

In this section you can check the Logs in case errors have occurred with the integration. You can seach by Agent ID and filter by dates in order to find your Agent and check what happened at different times.
