1. Why is Landbot changing its pricing?

We're adjusting our pricing to guarantee our sustainability in these challenging times and to support ongoing product development and enhanced services. This includes addressing factors such as:

2. When will the new pricing take effect?

The new pricing will take effect for existing customers starting in December 2023. You will receive a notification about this change at least two months in advance to ensure a smooth transition, allowing time for feedback and adaptation.

3. When and how will existing customers be notified?

Existing customers will be notified about the upcoming pricing update via email. Notifications will be sent out at least two months before the new pricing takes effect in December 2023.

4. How will this impact my current plan?

The impact on your current paid plan will depend on the specific details of your subscription. You can check the Subscription section of your account to see your current conditions and the updated pricing structure on our Pricing page.

If your subscription is subject to any changes due to the pricing update, you will receive detailed information about these changes in the notification email.

5. Do I need to take any action because of the price changes?

No, you do not need to take any action due to the price changes. Our systems will automatically update your subscription plan on your subscription renewal after the release of the pricing update in December 2023.

6. How does a volume-based subscription work?

A few years ago, we incorporated volume-based pricing across all plans. This means that each plan comes with a chat allowance (the number of chats included in the base price of your plan), and an additional fee for any extra conversation will be applied at a rate of €0.05/chat.

7. Will my existing chatbots and data be affected by the pricing update?

No, your existing chatbots and data will not be affected by the pricing update. Your access to and functionality within the platform will remain the same, ensuring a seamless transition.

AI Chats

8. What are AI Chats?

An AI Chat is a conversation that, at some point in the conversation flow, goes through a specific block( FAQs block, AI Lead Gen Assistant, or AI Appointment Assistant). These chats are counted independently of a regular chat and are billed separately.

9. How much do extra AI Chats cost?

Extra AI chats are charged at €1 per chat for all plans.


10. How will extra chats and seats be billed?

Extra chats will be billed at €0.05 per chat, and extra seats will cost €25 each, across all plans.

11. Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes, you can switch plans or cancel your subscription at any time, as explained here.

12. Are there any discounts available for long-term commitments?
