Account/Integration configuration

  1. To integrate Zendesk Support with your Landbot account click on the Connect now button which will open a new modal:

  1. Name: type the name you want to use to identify this specific Zendesk account- User: type the user name you use to log into your Zendesk account- Zendesk API token

Click the Admin icon () in the sidebar, then select Channels > API.

Click the Settings tab, and make sure Token Access is enabled.

Click the button to the right of Active API Tokens.

Optionally, enter a description under API Token Description. The token is generated, and displayed for you:

Once you have clicked on the Confirm button, you will see a new item into the account section. From here you will be able to add as many accounts as you want. 

Delete Account/Integration

To delete the items you have integrated with Landbot you have to click on the delete icon.

A pop up will ask you for double confirmation. Once pressed it cannot be undone

Important: it is not possible to delete integrations that are being used into a bot. You have to delete before the corresponding block using the integration into the bot builder. Press the bot id to be redirected to the bot builder.

This feature is not compatible with Web.

for WhatsApp

This feature is fully compatible.

for Messenger

This feature is not compatible with Messenger.
